Improvement suggestions management at JOPP Automotive
Jopp Automotive s.r.o. has successfully digitized improvement suggestions management using the eKaizen platform and collected a record number of employee ideas in 2023.
In 2022, the members of the lean & CI team at Jopp started looking for a tool that could bring all activities related to employee improvements under one roof. This has been achieved thanks to eKaizen. Now all 300 employees from two locations can easily share improvement ideas even from their mobile phones and get automatic email updates about their submissions.
The Jopp team uses eKaizen even for the management of improvement projects and as well as employee rewards.
